HI! I’m Joeana Umayam, I’m a freelance virtual assistant from the Philippines.
I worked in customer service for 17 months before deciding to quit and try freelancing instead. I’m currently training under FVA Consultancy so I can provide better and top notch service to my clients.
I love reading books and exploring new horizons. I also create digital planners, digital stickers and digital arts that can be found on my Etsy account. If I’m not busy creating digital planners, I paint. I’ve done a lot of paintings that I mostly just keep in our home. And sometimes I help my grandmother with her business and act as her assistant when I’m not busy.
